A practical Korea inventory calendar

Twelve weeks out
Confirm sites in scope, including 3PL and bonded locations. Request access letters. Decide whether counts are wall-to-wall or cycle-based with roll-forward evidence. Share the draft with external auditors so surprises surface while travel can still be booked.
Eight weeks out

Four weeks out
Dry-run a sample location. Time how long dual counts take. Fix printer and tag logistics. Agree cut-off language with finance and logistics in writing.
Count week
Publish a one-page command sheet: who owns exceptions, who talks to auditors, who can authorize overtime. Quiet floors beat heroic last-minute reconciliations.
Two weeks after
