Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments in Cloud Networks educational programs. Website pricing is informational; refunds relate to fees paid under a confirmed invoice.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable cohort materials beyond the syllabus preview.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment for unused seats, subject to the conditions below. Requests after a cohort has ended are not accepted except where required by mandatory law.

Full versus partial refunds

• Full refund: cancellation ≥14 days before start, materials unused beyond preview
• Partial refund (50%): cancellation 7–13 days before start, if live sessions have not begun
• No refund: cancellation within 6 days of start, or after attending any live session, unless we cancel the cohort

Non-refundable items

Private on-site workshops already delivered, third-party venue fees prepaid on your behalf, and customized materials produced for your organization are non-refundable once work has started.

Refund process

Email contact@cloud-networks.digital with your invoice number, learner name, program name, and reason for cancellation. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Cloud Networks

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for transfer or goodwill credit at our discretion when standard deadlines are missed. Team licenses under Audit Room Access follow the same per-seat rules unless a separate contract states otherwise.
